To achieve this goal, we are looking for:

Consultant engineers for research missions within the framework of project management assistance
>> Engineers for audit missions or operational revenue assignments within our project management teams

Our recruitment policy

We are targeting engineers from major engineering schools with a 5th year level looking for:
>>
Professional internships at the end of studies
>> A first job in the active life
>> Or a new professional opportunity (confirmed engineers with more than 3 years of experience)

We favour enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about networks and telecoms, who master IT work tools, with a strong vision of customer service, real teamwork skills and a rigorous consulting approach.

The Process

The recruitment process consists of several steps:

>> A selection on application
>> A telephone qualification
>> An interview with the Recruitment Manager
>> One to several interviews with engineers
>> A comfort talk with the Managing Director

Our integration policy

Each new employee is greeted by a mentor, who accompanies him/her through all the procedures related to his/her arrival. As part of its integration policy Setics is developing:

>> An integration path adapted to the profile of each new engineer (interviews with the consultants with whom you will work and the management in order to quickly master the working environment and the sectors of activity)
>> Integration sessions to allow recruited employees to get to know each other and learn about existing tools and methodologies.
>> Technical training courses throughout the year to develop the know-how necessary for the consulting profession.
>> Festive events to promote exchanges and conviviality (team lunches, evenings with spouses, cultural outings, sports association...)

The internship, « a springboard to the future »

Setics presents its business lines and missions at forums and events specialising in the network and telecoms sector, and our company includes many interns every year. We pay particular attention to the selection of our candidates, to whom we propose interesting study projects and/or immersion internships to discover the consulting profession, the list of which is proposed on the right.

Our internship policy is aimed at pre-employment of our future consultants.
